Troon Street and its side lanes form Petralona's main food strip. On any evening, the smell of charcoal-grilled meat fills the air. Most tavernas here are family-run, with grandmothers in the kitchen and sons serving tables. Prices are about 30-40% lower than equivalent spots in Plaka or Monastiraki.
