PNR HOMES operates the website pnrhomes.gr. We present a public portfolio of Athens vacation rentals so guests can browse our homes and continue booking on Airbnb or Booking.com.
PNR HOMES is currently operated as a brand without a registered company entity. There is no separate legal company name, postal address or tax / trade-register number to list yet. Privacy contact: info@pnrhomes.gr.
Contact form: name, email address and message text. We send this by email via our mail server so we can reply.
First-party analytics: page views and selected interaction events stored on our servers. Events may include a browser session identifier (localStorage key pnr_sid) and a one-way hash of your IP address. Analytics events are kept for 30 days.
Google Analytics 4 and/or Google Tag Manager may load when our server-side IP gate allows tracking for your connection. Those services are provided by Google.
We do not process payments or bookings on this website. Reservations happen on third-party platforms such as Airbnb.

Enquiry data is processed so we can take steps at your request before a contract, and for our legitimate interest in running the business. We keep contact messages only as long as needed to handle your request.
Analytics retention on our servers is 30 days. Google may apply its own retention rules when GA4 or GTM is active.
Non-essential analytics and the persistent browser identifier (pnr_sid) run only after you choose “Accept” on the cookie banner. Choosing “Necessary only” keeps browsing without those analytics.
Under the GDPR (and equivalent EU/EEA rules) you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or data portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

Email delivery and Google analytics tools may process data outside your country, including outside the EEA, under their own terms and safeguards.
